Fairleigh Dickinson University at Florham Description

Fairleigh Dickinson University has four campuses, with two in New Jersey, one in England and a new facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. The College at Florham is located in Madison, New Jersey, east of New York City. The school's proximity to New York, and other urban areas allows students to explore a number of cultural events and activities.

The Florham campus features attractive red brick buildings, and despite the numerous strong graduate programs, the campus has the feel of a quintessential liberal arts college. Psychology and business are the most popular undergraduate majors. Outside of academics, the University has an active Greek system, with both fraternities and sororities open to students. There are a number of student-run clubs and organizations, and an active drama department that puts on several performances per year. On the athletic front, the Fairleigh Dickinson Devils compete in the NCAA Division III MAC Freedom Conference (the Metropolitan campus fields Division I teams).
